NMW Franchise Services is a solicitors’ practice in Essex run by Nina Moran-Watson, a solicitor who specialises in business format franchising and was previously an accredited franchise consultant. It is regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority.
For franchisors it prepares franchise documentation, including confidentiality agreements, franchise agreements, and master franchise and area developer agreements for international expansion, and it handles franchisee resales, renewals and non-contentious terminations. For prospective franchisees its main service is a fixed-fee report on the franchisor’s agreement that explains the franchisee’s obligations and points out anything unusual or missing. It says the franchise units of the major banks nominate it to offer their customers a reduced fee.
